Jo-Ann has over 22 years of experience in software sales, and support. Her experience lies within practice management software (NDCLytec and Practice Manager); electronic medical records (Spring Charts); electronic claims; eligibility; and appointment reminder software (JulySoft) for the medical profession.

    In addition, to Advanced Data Management, Jo-Ann owns and operates J & J Billing Services, Inc., a medical billing service located in San Dimas, CA. This business provides expert and quality service to over 25 doctors with a variety of specialties. Through her billing service, Jo-Ann has obtained a vast knowledge of the medical billing field as well as optimal business management practices. Drawing on this knowledge she is able to use her personal experience to better enable successful physicians to reach maximum potentials.

    Dale Dickinson, the founder of Advanced Data Management has over 20 years of experience in the computer field. In 1986, he started ADM to provide custom software programming services. He soon changed the direction of the company to specialize in computer hardware sales and support, networking installation and support, and medical software sales and support. Dale helps small to medium size businesses that do not need their own IT staff, yet still need the occassional services of an expert.
